Round 1. Telephonic for about 40 minutes Round 2. Telephonic for about 40 minutes Round 3. Face to face- for about 40 minutes (with two persons) Round 4. Face to face with CEO for about 40 minutes (with CEO and a senior person) Round 3 and 4 same day. It was very late and the CEO ordered fast food for the team including me :) Cleared all rounds and got the offer. But had to decline as the salary structure had a high amount of variable components.
