The lady who interviewed me was nice but training and a non compete contract are crazy. Also they dont really work around your schedule unless 6 months have gone by.

Interview after sending in resume. They came back with offer, it was too low. I countered they came back and I accepted the offer. After that it was about a week before I was able to start with them. Had to do drug test.

It was a quick, 15minute call. I was asked about my experience and what programs I have used before. I was sure I was perfect for this role. I was told I'd hear a follow up at the end of the week but never heard back from anyone. I reached out to the recruiter the following week and heard nothing, I was completely ghosted.

Self recorded questions online that you only had 2 attempts to answer. It was 10-12 questions with around 30 seconds to respond. Overall basic questions like what qualities you have what struggles what do you want to be long term

Completed an online interview with AI then received a call for a phone interview. The phone interview was quick and somewhat formal but they mostly just wanted to speak with an actual person.

I think the manager is good and it is easy to talk with them. I need to finish a typing test firstly and then we will have a phone interview.

My interviewer was very kind. We did a few interview questions and then discussed basics about the job itself, training, and she answered some of my questions. Note that shifts are usually 8-12 hours, so if you can't commit to that you should try to find another job.

Easy but the job location can change if something happens. Don't think of it as a promise. But basically, they call, talk to you, and then you do your orientation but it is VERY EASY. Just takes a long time to get an interview call in the first place.

I applied on their website for the virtual Implementation Specialist position that I found on Linkedin. There were multiple job listings posted for exact position located in different states remotely. I applied and did a screening over the phone with one of their talent recruiters and they were misinformed of the position I applied for and also let me know that absolutely none of the job listings they have been posting on LinkedIn for this position are actually hiring. Stop wasting people's time! People put time and effort into crafting a tailored resume and preparing for an interview even if it's over the phone. So inconsiderate.
