Applied through linkedin and got an interview a week after with the HR recruiter. Interview questions were easy and the HR recruiter was formal and easy going. HR ghosted me right after commending my work and telling me I was fit for the needs the hiring managers were looking for. Promised an endorsement the following week but did not respond to anything after weeks and weeks of following up. Very unprofessional. Hope the company knows that simple rejection letters would take less than a minute and ghosting is just unprofessional and bad for your company name :)

Friendly and respectful process. Recruitment team very clear communicators, always knew what next steps were and everyone very responsive. Standard interview questions with recruiter, then additional interviews with ACD which were more role specific.
