PHM recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn stating my background looked like a fit and set up a phone interview, I have never applied for a position at PHM. After the phone interview she set up an in person interview with 4 team members as well as a final presentation. During the interview it became obvious that the team was looking for someone specific that had worked in a pharma agency before and worked with clients with specific budgets. I felt as though my search experience and innovate traits were completely overlooked due to the lack of agency experience. After the interview there was no follow up, I received no feedback or even an email from the recruiter stating I was no longer being considered despite my own follow up attempts. In the end, I feel as though the recruiter should never have reached out to me for the position.
