3 rounds I talked to supervisor, Associate director, and director. They were friendly, but direct in their questions. They also have time for me to ask questions back. Behavioral questions for the most part.

the questions were of general accounting and were pretty easy.
The interviewer was friendly and the questions were mostly technical.
negotiation part is a bit difficult as they dont pay out much.
The interview process was slow. I spoke to the recruiter twice before meeting with an actual team member. First time said I wasn’t a good fit then wanted to interview me again for the same role.
