The interview process was one of the worst I've experienced. There were three interviews over the course of a month and a half, with weeks passing between the second and third interviews without any communication. The interview with the CEO was particularly unprofessional. Not only was he late, but he started the meeting by stating he just wanted to see if there was a "match" between us. He asked me to share anything I felt was important for him to know, so I talked about my professional career and skills for about 5 minutes. However, he then reiterated that the interview was just to gauge our "vibe," said he would share his comments with HR, and abruptly ended the call after 7 minutes. I informed the hiring manager and requested feedback, but I never heard from them again. If the CEO behaves this way, it raises questions about the leadership of the company as a whole.
