No response, extremely late reply, terrible hiring process after the interview, I was told I was selected, but never got an offer letter, and got ghosted. The manager's responses were very dry when they did. And they are constantly looking for people in the same role which either means that people don't enjoy working there or the company lays off very quickly.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Groupe (New York, NY)
Interview
It was pleasant and informative. I interviewed with the person I would report to, That person was obviously educated and very professional. I did not deal with HR here, which is good. I think the reason why I was hired was that I managed to avoid the HR process.
