There are three + one (Hr) rounds.
1) Technical /project management experience
2) Case study - on live camera- 3 to 4 hours
3) F2F at the office interview
4) HR round(negotiation,salary, benefits)

Question 1
Talk about agile methodology, different ceremonies in scrum? Which is better agile or waterfall, different pricing models, a lot of situational based questions related to project management, PDLC, SDLC
4 rounds of interview with one case study round. There would be lots of question with respect to scrum. Their main focus is on scrum process which is a part of program management.

Interview
Screening round, case study followed by 2 rounds of interview. Ironically even if you are 20 years experience they will ask about case study and does not make an attempt to know you as a professional. A very immature team looks like. Wonder if they postings are legit. Don’t waste your time!!
