Interview
Initally a Online Test. It would include following things:-
1. Few primary Java/j2ee questions
2. A question with regards to designing an application i.e. DataModel e.g. Libarary System
3. Interview(Only if Test cleared) : 1) Introduction 2) Technical Questions 3)Project Description 4) Solution discussion with respect to the design u presented.
4. HR Telephonic

Lot of discussion on design, very interesting and challenging. Understand all the concepts like aggregation, association etc should be clear and precise.
