Easy interview process. Phone interview was less than an hour. In person, the interview was less than 2 hours with several team members. Phone interview was with the director. It was friendly and casual and a bit off-track but it revealed the type of communication culture they have in their office. In-person, the HR recruiter was extremely polite and gave insight on what would be asked and how to answer. Also gave insight on the type of feedback on what the hiring managers and partners would be looking for.
