- not so smooth followup with HR to schedule the interview. - finally got the confirmation on F2F with panel coming from Noida to Pune - got the problem statement which i was suppose to solve in 3 hrs and send it back. - initial discussion in F2F happened on the solution provided, then on Core Java, design patterns, some hypothetical scenarios, logical questions then on J2EE. -Qs on J2EE was unexpected coz, that was not my profile and i clearly mentioned earlier that i am not a J2EE candidate, still interviewer insisted on J2EE. - Got the offer for Team Lead and not for PL, reason given was J2EE, mentioning need to work on J2EE. - That was bad.
