I applied online. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient
Interview
I applied online and got call from Bangalore HR.
Interview
Will not recommend this company to anyone, on the most unprofessional HR in the company,
I got call from HR and she spoke about opening and asked me some question related to my profile. She asked me to come for Online test in weekdays and one round of f2f on coming saturday. I said OK for this. In the end of call she asked me about my current package and expectation. But after knowing my expectation package, she said that they dont have this much budget for opening. I was very frustrated that why you waste my 30 mins when I already mentioned my CTC & expected CTC.
1 week back I got call from same HR again. I thought that this time I think they are ready to give my expected package. But same story repeated again. After 20 mins call, she asked me same question and i replied with my expected salary and she again said that they dont have this much budget. Few days back again I got call from same HR and this time in beginning itself I told her about my expectation salary This time she agreed to that. She scheduled my interview for coming saturday.
I reached Interview venue on time and same HR asked me to give online test. Before just starting online test, she asked me for my notice period which i already told her 3 times. I cleared Online test and waited for 15 mins for next f2f. Interviewer was very knowledgeable person and he asked each and every thing related Automation. I was very impressed with the interviewer. This round tooks around 75 mins. After that HR told me to wait for 2 days. They will give feedback. But after that I didn't hear anything from her. I have sent so many follow up mails but she didn't come up with feedback. Now I understood that I was just dummy candidate for her so that she just increased her counter for scheduling interviews.
If any of the upper management is reading this then please understand that we job seeker are spending whole day for attending interviews and after that we have to wait for so many days for feedback. At least we should get feedback so that we can plan accordingly. You are building a brand and this is not how unprofessional your employees should be.
