My advise would be not to waste your time. I had a truly appalling experience interviewing with this company. The whole process took 3 months from application through to final stage interview, although I could say 5 months, as I never heard a peep from them again.
In summary, Publicis Sapient were disorganised, unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates' time.
I applied in March, and was asked for a phone interview 2 weeks later. I was told I was more suited for a more senior position, rather than the role I had applied for. I was invited to a face to face, followed by another follow up call from the internal recruiter. Another 2 weeks passed without contact, and I had to follow up myself for next steps (twice). Another follow up call with the recruiter took place. I was invited for a 'Final Stage' interview. Another 1.5 weeks passed before this was confirmed. I was told the recruiter was going on holiday, and someone else would contact me. No one did.
Out of the blue, I was forwarded an email advising me 'my interview would be held as so and so a time on X date' by another employee in recruitment, although we had never spoken before and she had not contacted me asking for my availability. As I couldn't do the day she had given me, I asked for some alternative times, and clarity on the steps of the process as it had been insinuated in the email that this was not the final stage.
My questions were all ignored, but I received another email (template) from the same person telling me my interview would now be held on so and so a date.
The final stage, turned out not to be the final stage, as I was told in this interview that actually I needed to meet two other people, and it would likely be another 2 weeks before a decision was made as they were 'still finalising details of the position', and 'would this be a problem for me'?
At this point I had had four interviews, and was I was fed up, so decided that when they contacted me I would withdraw from the process. I didn't need to, as I never heard from them again!
