The initial phone screen with the recruiter was pretty basic - a high level review of my qualifications for the position. She then setup a phone interview for me with the Director. The interview centered around the discussion of one of my projects listed on my resume. He wanted detail information describing my design process.

All 6 rounds in the process everything went well and got offer letter. After 1month HR said sorry we have done a mistake the profile selected that we are not looking for creative role not UX Designer. After having continues assignment and back to back interviews got placed at sapient Bangalore, now I got to know it's an HR mistake. When I cracked global toughest interview process and that made me proud. But No joining letter given and saying your profile kept on hold from client side, Everything is fake they need who can join for less package. They don't need right person for the role. Don't play with candidate emotions, it's not good one day karma will give you surprise.
