I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process at Publicis Sapient was structured and professional. It started with an online coding assessment focused on data structures and algorithms (LeetCode medium-level questions). After clearing that, I had two rounds of technical interviews—one focused on DSA and agile, and the other on problem-solving, SQL optimization, and debugging scenarios. The final round was a behavioral interview where they assessed communication skills, ownership, and team collaboration using STAR-based questions. The overall process was smooth, and the interviewers were friendly and clear in their expectations.
