Pure Retirement interview questions

The interview process was very smooth, they asked about my experience for the role and me as a person. Before my interview there was a programming challenge and a description assessment

Interviewer was in the building but made me wait outside in freezing cold for an hour. My phone started vibrating (on silent) as I was expecting a call from my doctor (which would have been fine if the interview was on time) and the interviewer made a scene of it saying she can leave if that was more important to me. The interview took a turn down after this. I can tell that this woman would be a terrible manager to work under. Unorganised, manipulative and moody. Only take this job if you're desperate...
