The interview process is actually the best in Lahore. They are keen to select best of the best.
They start off with basic personal questions. Then they move up to technical questions. Which are generalised at first and then they ask the specific questions regarding the position and the programming language associated to the position you are applying for. After that you are handed a written test that they discuss with you once you are done with it.
