It took a week for me from applying to get the offer stage. It is a small company so less people to talk to get to the final stage, which is kind of nice because you application get evaluated right away.

Interview
Initial Phone Interview - asked about past projects, employment, etc, nothing too technical.
In-person interview - asked in greater detail about the past projects and experiences, was given a technical question-the interviewer was very helpful in explaining exactly what they wanted. Overall interview went really well, was offered job same day, then about a week later due to extenuating circumstances the job was rescinded and that was handled poorly

Spent time with the recruiter to get a feel for the psition and culture. multiple interview process initially and then a panel interview. Once the offer was made there were questions and negotiations for a few days. Overall it was a good process
