Sent my resume to them by mail one week later received phone call from their executive secretary to schedule technical exam and the delivery of simple assignment to demonstrate the understanding of OOP concepts.The exam duration was 3 hours and it was covering a lot of topics C++, C#, Data Structure, Algorithms and IQ lengthy by trivial. .Later they called me to schedule technical interview with one of their senior developers and the project manager they asked me technical questions pretty similar to the ones in the technical exam then one IQ question and a lot of questions related to personality, teamwork experience and my political view.
