Mostly they prefer consultancy services for any vacant post.firstly they takes general interview by hr.it was just an intro about your self.after that they will call you for written test than a practical just to checkout how good you are with the software.after that they will have technical round by head of department.after this they will comes on salary negotiation.mostly prefer locals people.the whole process is too hectic and takes atleast 10 to 12 days.apart from this documentation process is very boring and time consuming i mean to say useless just a formality.
