There wasn’t much of an interview process. Almost immediate hire. Found the position on Craigslist and knew a few people that have worked here part time before for easy money.

If John is still interview you'll be fine. He was an incredible boss and makes an interview extremely comfortable. Just be yourself. He just wants to know that he has someone who is reliable and understands that work hours are not consistent
I spent a long time in the waiting room, and was finally asked to fill out very large paper application about 15 minutes after my scheduled interview. I am surprised this isn't done online. To be fair they had a large focus group arrive at the same time as me, but this can avoided with better scheduling. The office seemed almost too casual, nearing being unprofessional. I ended up walking out of the waiting room.
