Interview is divided into 3 steps. 1. Resume screening by manager 2. Technical interviews (total 3 rounds) 3. Project discussion (if necessary) 4. HR discussion The Interview scheduler will schedule the interview based on interviewer and candidate availability without forcing. Also, each interview will be of 1-1.30 hour.
