What is stock based compensation, and why do tech companies use it so much.
there was a written essay process with a few basic tech questions (behavioral) that your turn in as part of a first round, and then 9-12 phone interviews; spoke with analysts through CEOs; everyone was pretty nice and straightforward but definitely research a lot beforehand
