First there was video interview. Then i got an email for interview at nearby location . This day we had cv submission, grammar test,group discussions, and finally face to face interview.

I applied online on Qatar Airways Career website. After 10 days, I received a call back from a HR person. She asked me two questions during the call interview. The call lasted for a minute it was very quick. Though the HR person was friendly.

Question 1
The first question was about my education and qualifications whether I have completed my BSc. The next question was "Do you have any experience in customer service". She kept emphasising on customer service experience.
