I applied online for the Nairobi Customer Service Agent Recruitment Event.
I received an email from QR Recruitment Team for a Sonuri Interview on the 6 April.
I completed the interview and received another reminder on the 18 April to complete my online interview again. The deadline was on the 20 April 2017
Am currently waiting for the other interview.

Initially, Recorded Interview and after that, Video Interview with real recruiters. I got all the process online and got hired. Not too difficult, just needed to be clear and communicative.

Question 1
How will you assist the deaf customer who is going to the wrong direction?
Via zoom 30 minutes with two managers in Poland and Doha. Easy process and great communication with both offices for the Inprocessing. They will assist with relocation (hotel/ flight reimbursement )
First they take a Phone call interview and if we proceed ahead, they will take an Online interview and lastly an offline interview. After that we have 6 months probation.
