Applied online. Then after couple of months I got an email to do an online interview through Sonry platform. Then again after couple of month I receive a call that I passed the online interview and I got invited for a recruitment event.
On the recruitment event, the steps were: english test, company presentation and interview in person.

Why do you came here, or why do you attend to this event when you already have a job?
Initially, Recorded Interview and after that, Video Interview with real recruiters. I got all the process online and got hired. Not too difficult, just needed to be clear and communicative.

How will you assist the deaf customer who is going to the wrong direction?
Via zoom 30 minutes with two managers in Poland and Doha. Easy process and great communication with both offices for the Inprocessing. They will assist with relocation (hotel/ flight reimbursement )
First they take a Phone call interview and if we proceed ahead, they will take an Online interview and lastly an offline interview. After that we have 6 months probation.
