Heel persoonlijk, informeel. Alle info over hoe alles in elkaar zit werd heel gestructureerd overgebracht, uiteraard in het qteal notebook met qteal potlood. Hierbij werd ook nog eens de authenticiteit van Qteal getoond.

Interview
Op zich voelde het niet aan als een sollicitatie maar meer als een goed en luchtig gesprek. Tijdens dit gesprek werd o.a. veel aandacht besteed aan de teal way of working en wat dat dan concreet betekent in het geval van Qteal.

I knew the company founders from the past, and I contacted Jan directly to ask if there was any opening for me in his new company. The answer was positive, and we arranged a meeting to discuss the opportunity in more detail.

I remember working close to home was a key advantage, although we try to avoid unneeded travel, we can not promise a job in Antwerp only.
Would Herentals, Gent be in scope?
Also did you decide to take a step away from consultancy, we too want to focus on a product sooner rather than later. Are you interested to do at least part time consultancy to help out on our projects?
