I was interviewed for a computer vision engineer position. The process has 3 meetings : HR, Lead and a data scientist tech meeting and finally paper review with the founder. I was contacted very shortly after sending my application and conducted an interview with the talent acquisition officer and HR lady. They presented well the company, projects and aspects of their work. They ask you to present yourself and your work experience. They then ask you various questions ranging from your interest in economics to why you want to join them. Overall, the HR meeting felt very good however their was a dread feeling this was just for talent screening purposes. Although you may tick all the requirements don't expect to move to the next step or be hired as they may have already given the position to someone else already.
