Did not meet the hiring manager before the interview which was also with the customer team. "Surprise!" It went OK but wish I could have talked to the manager first and had a clue what to expect.

I received an unscheduled telephone call from the VP of the Division I had applied to a position with. After a brief discussion reviewing my qualifications, I was extended a verbal offer.

Interview

Straight forward. We did the interview over Skype. I spoke with my Operations Manager and the Program manager. The offered me a job that day. Sent the offer letter with in a few hours. They also allowed me to finish my current job out. I was offered the job in the beginning of September and I started working around the middle of November right after Veterans day. Completed all of my medical requirements before starting.
