Mostly interview based with technical presentation. No tests. 3 rounds; initial, presentation, and executive. Extra stage was added for renegotiation.
Main technical assessment was based on a presentation. So theres more of an academic vibe than emphasis on typical coding ability. This is because the required capabilities are more focussed on deep tech so research skills are emphasised.

Question 1
What area of emergent quantum tech interests you the most.
I applied online. I interviewed at Quantum Brilliance (Brisbane)
Interview
Firstly a discussion with the recruiter which was mainly an explanation of what QB is trying to pull off. This was followed by an interview with the team. No actual technical interview, just a discussion about past projects/a past code example etc. Very relaxed interview - seemed to go really well. Then got ghosted :/

Why QB? What is a project you’ve worked on before?
The recruiter provided a guideline for me to prepare a short presentation tailored to the position. The interview was about one hour. After the interview, the recruiter also provided me with a brief.
