I applied for a position, and they contacted me three months later for an interview. Honestly, I didn’t even remember applying for it.
The interview itself was quite underwhelming— the HR representative didn’t seem interested in interviewing me or in the process at all.
The so-called "interview" consisted of reading the job description to me and asking a couple of personal questions. There was no opportunity for me to ask any questions.
In the end, they just thanked me and ended the Zoom call.

The Process was so poo, HR had to check the Interview process to avoid wasting time for candidates and Personnel. The Interviewer Juan joined 10 minutes late to the interview and he remembered cause I sent an Email. Feedback was never provided also the company disappeared. I investigated the company and the People who Joined commented that the HR process is inferior. Lack of punctuality...... Poor quality of work during interviewing. ... Poor communication after the interview. ... Lack of collaboration in answering emails or questions. ...
