Quolum interview questions

Interview process was smooth and was open ended, they wanted to understand who I was as a person. It was a three steps interview where I got to know about the nature of the work and how management works. I was also expected to to work on a design task.

The interview was conducted online. The entire process took close to 10 days and was conducted of 3 rounds. One each with the HR, hiring manager and the CEO. The HR was quick and transparent throughout the process and was very efficient with setting expectations and the next steps.
