It was an incredible interview process where we got to test our skills for how it compared to what was expected from us in the job. We also got to talk directly to some of the senior data analysts and learn more about the job after taking two tests to see where we stand on a technical test and an aptitude test.

We were given data to look at and asked to make inferences based upon how and why the data had moved and changed throughout the months shown.

Stages of Hiring for Management Trainee are
Test -Aptitude (General Knowledge, Statistics, Maths)
Excel /Google Spread sheet test which consists of a dataset and set of question .
If you clear the first round then you have to appear for the interview.
