First stage was an initial phone call with their Head of TA. Super friendly lady, was extremely knowledgeable about the company, she truly knows the ins and outs.
She was able to answer all of my questions, give me examples and help me paint the picture of HP. The call lasted around 45 minutes and was late in the evening, she made sure to call me outside of working hours as my old employer was strict.
I then had a second stage with a Director and VP. Once again they were able to accommodate my strict working schedule and met me late in the evening via Teams. The interview was more of a conversation. They ran through the current trajectory of the company, the status of the team/area I would be joining, clear and concise plans for my role once I join the team etc.
The usual run through of my experience, the revenue I've generated, a few examples of how I've handled certain scenarios etc. but nothing that would worry you if you were telling the truth. They wasted no time with me as they told me they would like to proceed at the end of the interview.
Finally after passing this interview the VP flew out to Ireland to meet me. He gave me a quick tour of their Irish office, we made a coffee and got to discussing. I had a presentation ready for the interview, but in the end we just discussed what I had prepared rather than me doing a full presentation to him. It was a lot more natural and open so we could really go through the plans of how I could succeed in the role.
It lasted about an hour, we had a really good chat and we wrapped up the interview with me telling him what I would like to see on an offer if there was one to be made.
I received the offer around 2 days later.
