Phone interview with a researcher first and then an in person interviews that take about one day. The in person interviews are similar to academic interview with a job talk and 30 min interviews meeting with researchers.

A full day of interviews, as well as a job talk before an audience of about 20 people. You got from person to person across a range of possible projects that might use you in the first year. The job talk is a presentation that is pretty intense, and can involve serious cross-examination.
