I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RAY AI in Feb 2025
Interview
Terrible don't apply here. It's a waste of time they give you a generic gorilla test that has nothing to do with being a VA. Like how will knowing about a train leaving point A to B help in calendar management . Be serious your systems don't even work .
Other Virtual Assistant Interview Reviews for RAY AI
It was a 5 step process, automated tests, 1 with an human, 1 case study, 2 ceo interview. I then went for their bootcamp, it's one month but honestly it should be at least 2 months to finish it which is not an option. They say they pay you 50% after bootcamp completion, but what they don't tell you is they can fire you 1 day before bootcamp completion to avoid paying you, which is highly unethical. They don't give a warning or anything, just out of the blue. They insist you must terminate other contracts with other companies but this is a bad move on your end. The company is toxic, feedback during the so called bootcamp is purposely ment to make you a yes man, you cannot as for constructive feedback because what they want is someone who will not stand up for themselves should the CEO assigned to you end up being abusive. The bootcamp makes this very clear with the language used here and the feedback given after submission.
