Had 2 or 3 phone interviews first, a lot of questions but nothing tricky. It was for a customer service job so I guess the interviewer was mostly trying to find out my personal attitude. After the last phone interview had an in person interview where we mostly just reviewed the role and I was asked a few more questions. Was offered the job at the end of the in person interview.
