      Technology New Graduate Program Interview

      Feb 27, 2012
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2011

      Interview

I was contacted by email, and then by phone by human resources. I was asked why I was interested in the program and then scheduled a time for an in-person interview. I had two interviews on the same day. The first interview asked basic behavioral questions (tell be about a time you showed leadership, etc). The second interview was technical (questions about course projects, basic knowledge of the economy). I didn't get invited to the next round of interviews, but I heard that round consisted of meeting with managers / doing case studies. I believe I didn't get an offer because my career goals didn't match what the were looking for.
