      Summer Marketing Interview

      May 8, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2017

      Interview

A very informal interview where the recruiter started off explaining the role and kept asking me if I had any questions. That was the whole interview - she didn't ask me any questions about my experience, just if I had any questions for her; the interview tested your ability to make a conversation and connect with people based off of asking the interviewer questions. Definitely a different interview experience that I did not enjoy because I found the interviewer very rude, as she sounded bored from the moment another candidate walked out and I walked in. This set the tone for the entire process, and it was horrible.
