      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2020

      Interview

It was a group virtual interview which I did not expect. Video was optional. About 4-5 interviewers and 4-5 candidates. They ask the basic why do you want to work here, what are your strengths and weakness, etc. questions. The interviewers talked about why they chose RBC and the career opportunities within the company. Then, you go to separate virtual rooms with one of the interviewers and they ask you to sell the product on the screen to them (for example, one was winter jackets), you do this twice with 2 different products and interviewers. It was a pretty easy interview. They told me the pay is $45k per year, work from home call centre job. They offered me the job a day later and told me to go to the nearest RBC to open a bank account. I turned it down because I decided I didn't want to work a call centre job. Also I didn't want to open another bank account.
