First round was telephone interview with HR. Basic behavioral questions and had to walk through my resume describing my work experiences. Be ready to go in depth about projects you did at previous jobs/internships and why you think the position is a good fit for you. Second round was a 1 on 1 with 2 different people. Met with an analyst and then the manager of the group. Both were nice guys asked why i wanted to work at RBC and a lot about my past work experience. Also asked where I see my self in 5 years, best class, worst class, time I failed, Something I regret, time i suceeded, time I worked well with a team.
