Interview
I think there will be at least 5-6 round to interview you is that suitable for their position. They kindly have a face to face meet up at the first and second round. The tasks in between these two round are showcase how you are interact with customers, objection handling, and the background is suit for this role. I took the task after first round. You need to finish 20 survey and collect data from your 20% warm market and more % for cold market (best thing is consult the boss of business). And base on different interviewer you will have another task. If you a 100% extraversion guy, i think it is not difficult for you.
Honestly they just provide min pay and get extra commission base on your performance. They have some protection if you cannot meet target and deduct your paid salary if you get any surrender policy.

Simple interview process, low base pay but good commission structure. It requires you to pass the license exam first and then they provide a final offer. Till then you are one a conditional offer
