I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Abbotsford, BC) in May 2015
Interview
I had an employee referral. It was suggested I upload my resume to RBC's website. They contacted me to fill out a personality questionnaire.A few days later they asked my to apply for a specific job and sent me the posting (Client Service Representative). Within two weeks I was contacted for a phone interview. They called me the next day and went through a 30 min phone interview. I was passed through this, and was scheduled a in person interview with 3 managers the following week.
Good and easy to get along with the interview . Good and easy to get along with the interviewer as they were super nice and chill they did not pressure for more than necessary
Interview process was pretty okay, there was a general interview with general questions and a little bit about financial accounts and you went through a call scenario and had bit in a group setting
The interview process was simple, straightforward and comfortable. I spoke with a manager in an office space. There were no trick questions. Was asked about previous work experience, hobbies and goals. It was roughly thirty minutes.
