Interview
The interview is for a promotion. The manager asks me to introduce myself as an internal RBC employee, what are my experiences in the Bank, what is my vision and my personal objective. She also asked me to describe what do I do on my current position and what I have done to support other teammbers as well.
Formal interview with HR and hiring manager. 2 telephone interviews with HR. Then face to face with two hiring managers. Interview was very straight forward and managers were very nice. HR was very responsive.

Interview
Get to know someone at the bank, even better try to married someone or a family member of staff and you will get that job. Other good one, is to start at the calling centers, great experience, great training, good trampoline for future career movement.
