Interview
The interview was straight forward and organized. The employer first spoke about themselves and what the main initiatives the team does. After that is when I got the opportunity to introduce myself and speak about my previous experiences.

Please tell me about yourself and a little bit about why you are interested in this position.
One round 30 minute interview with behavioural and situational questions. Had two interviewers, questions from a set question list, all common behavioural questions on experiences. Role is under Technology and Operations.

Interview
Two staff members interviewed me. It was a relaxed environment with ample small talk about the weather. Asked typical behavioural questions and they did not ask specific technical questions. Interview was 30 minutes long and did not end early or go over time.

One round interview- mostly behaviour questions. Questions are time-managment, describe a chanllenge, why you are a strong fit, walk through your resume. Interviewed with two full-time employees, not in the same exact team.
