Had a Phone interview. They asked Behavioral Questions. The questions was very easy. Had a very positive experience. The interview lasted for about 20 mins. Would recommend all my friends to work at RBC.
The recruiter stage was pretty fast, the hiring manager stage took about 2 months. The recruiter did not ask about the technicalities of the role. The recruiter stage was more about my fit for the role and company culture.

Interview
There were three interview rounds. The first was with the Hiring Manager and Team Lead, the second involved the Project Team and Senior Management, and the final round was with HR. Overall, the interviews went smoothly — the conversations were straightforward, and everyone seemed quite convinced by my responses. However, despite the positive interactions, I was ultimately rejected without being given any specific reason.
