I applied online. I interviewed at REDspace in Jan 2022
Interview
Long coffee chat with an employee (1h)
A few days later received a task to do at home.
I didn't qualify for the next step - another interview, behavioral and technical. The technical part was supposed to be not about the task they gave me home.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at REDspace (Halifax, NS) in Nov 2021
Interview
First, I had a screening call and then in the second round they sent me an Angular coding challenge. After submitting that they didn't get back to me for 21 days. They apologized so I was ok with that. Then they said that that they liked my code and want to set up a panel interview and asked for my availability. After we agreed on a date and the interview was set up, they emailed me a day before saying their needs have changed and they need a senior developer and that they are cancelling my interview. That was very unprofessional. My friend who also interviewed there said that same thing happened with him too. This is very unprofessional of REDspace.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They cancelled the panel interview at the last moment and the screening call had typical screening call questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at REDspace (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2021
Interview
I applied through the careers page. I had my screening call with HR after which I was scheduled to technical interview with a senior dev to discuss my past experience. I cleared this round as well.
After this, they gave me a react coding challenge. I took a day off from my job and attempted all the points that they mentioned in the exercise. I waited 5 days but they never replied about my submission. If you don't like what you see RedSpace, let the candidate know. I bet nobody checked the code and they hired someone else before me.
