Interview
The interviewing process was including a phone interview and a face to face interview. The phone interviewer was warm and you could tell loves her job. However the face to face interview was with the store manager. She was very cold, made the interview tense and seem to no like that I was motivated. I guess she just wanted me to aspire to be just a sales associate for the rest of my life and to be happy with that because I would be joining an elite club. She referenced Restoration Hardware as if it was an elite club and I just beg for a membership.
Friendly staff, accommodating, the interview was casual and I enjoyed the environment. The atmosphere is nice. They asked broad and specific questions and they pay attention to attitude and personality. Try to look at your best
It was an easy process. It took a long time to hear from me them and did not know what to think for a while. So moved on with my search in the mean time

Interview
Round 1 with HR was general screening, a long casual chat where they ask you if you have any questions for them and then they get to now you.
Round 2 with Department head, went well. Sweet lady. Good chat. explained how things work there. Asked in detail about previous work experience. Said will move me to the next round with manager and that its very important to know about values at RH.
But ghosted after that. No response to multiple follow up emails
