smooth, fast, based on project, but overall very relaxing. HR screening will happen first, then one project lead will interview, last either you get it or fail, a clear process.
Amazing! They really care about the employee. Great questions were asked. He explained everything very well and was excited to answer all of the questions that I had. Very quick to respond.

Interview
Meet a hiring manager soon after applying. The interview was easy and laid back. After the interview with RK&K, I had to wait for an interview with the DOT for a couple of months. Once I had the interview with the DOT I was told I would have an answer in a few days. After calling a week later they still did not have a decision. I have not heard from them since.
