Very straight forward and to the point. There were no surprise questions. We reviewed the role, my experience, and what day to day operations would look like. It felt like more of a conversation.
- What types of invoices are you most familiar with?

Anonymous Employee

Amazing! They really care about the employee. Great questions were asked. He explained everything very well and was excited to answer all of the questions that I had. Very quick to respond.

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at RK&K
The interview process was informal and in two stages. The first was a Teams meeting and the second was at their office. The first meeting I spoke with two people, one an engineer and the other from HR. HR covered benefits and compensation and the engineer asked technical and getting to know you questions. The second interview was with three engineers and was open discussion. I ended up withdrawing from consideration due to another offer.
- What projects have you worked on? Why are you leaving?

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RK&K (Greensboro, NC) in Apr 2019
Meet a hiring manager soon after applying. The interview was easy and laid back. After the interview with RK&K, I had to wait for an interview with the DOT for a couple of months. Once I had the interview with the DOT I was told I would have an answer in a few days. After calling a week later they still did not have a decision. I have not heard from them since.
- Why do you choose this area to work?

Afterwords I filled out the formal application online. I was offered the position a couple days later. Overall the process was simple and stress-free.
- What past internship experience do you have?
